Along with that is advice on how to handle, store and reconstitute it. Other lessons include a recipe for a delicious vanilla cake and a super easy simple syrup. Each recipe has a supplemental video to support further learning as well. With all this, the Recipes class is meant to get you comfortable with baking and thoroughly equip you with the knowledge to start creating buttercream cakes.

    Anyone and everyone of all skill levels! If you are a beginner who has never made a meringue-based buttercream before, this will guide you step-by-step through the entire recipe using a combination of photos and videos. If you are already familiar with buttercream but sometimes have trouble managing it, there are loads of tips and tricks on how to fix broken buttercream, manage its temperature and bring it back to a stable state that will be perfect for piping flowers. There is literally something for everyone to learn!

    Yes! Cake decorating is a very hands-on skill so getting interactive instruction with personal attention is the most effective way to learn.
